How many messages can I send to my connections per month?
You can send an unlimited number of messages to your UNIQUEDOC connections.
How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
You can join or create an unlimited number of groups.
How many events can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
You can join or create an unlimited number of events. This includes special webinars, lectures and training on the UNIQUEDOC platform where an option to charge for attendance is available.
Is there a limit to the number of people that I may communicate with on the audio and video chat?
As a Gold member there are an unlimited number of people who you can communicate with on both audio and video chat.*
How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?
Gold members have the most cloud storage space available at 250GB of memory for videos, pictures or anything else you’d like to store.
Can I publish research on UNIQUEDOC?
We are developing a publishing environment where Gold members can publish and charge for their research. Email us for details.
Can I create business conferences?
We are developing the Events functionality where Gold members can create specialist Events. Email us for details.
Is there a cost per month to be a Gold subscription member?
Yes, the price is £15.99 per month.
Are payments made on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis?

How many messages can I send to my connections?
As a Silver subscription member you can send an unlimited number of messages to your connections.
How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
You can join or create an unlimited number of groups.
How many events can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
As a Silver member, you can join an unlimited number of events, which also include informative webinars, lectures and special training. However, if you would like to create events you will need to upgrade to Gold membership status.
Is there a limit to the number of people that I may communicate with on the audio and video chat?
You can communicate with up to 5 connections at any given time on both audio and video chat.*
How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?
As a Silver member you are allotted 100GB of space in your Secure Storage which also includes your Secure Vault.
Can I publish research on UNIQUEDOC?
Only Gold members will have the ability to publish research findings on the UNIQUEDOC platform.
Can I create business conferences?
Only Gold members will have the ability to create conferences.

How many messages can I send to my connections per month?
You can send an unlimited number of messages to your connections and you are able to initiate contact with other Bronze or FREE members.
How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
As a Bronze member you can join up to 10 groups per month, but are unable to create any groups.
How many events can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
Bronze members can join up to 10 events per month – including webinars, lectures and training – but are unable to create events on UNIQUEDOC.
Is there a limit to the number of people that I may communicate with on the audio and video chat?
A Bronze member may communicate via audio chat with one other person. Video chat is not available for this subscription, but in an emergency, a Gold subscription member may contact you via video chat.*
How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?
50GB of storage is available for Bronze members. This space includes both your Secure Storage and Secure Vault.
Can I publish research on UNIQUEDOC?
Unfortunately, the Bronze plan does not allow you to publish research. Should this be an important aspect of UNIQUEDOC, we suggest upgrading to Gold membership.
Can I create business conferences?
Unfortunately, as a Bronze member you are not afforded the privileges to create business conferences. If this is an important service, we recommend upgrading to the Gold membership.

How many messages can I send to my connections per month?
As a FREE member you are only able to message those currently in your contact list who are also FREE members.
May I speak to anyone on the website even if their verification level differs from mine?
As a FREE member you may only communicate with other FREE members on UNIQUEDOC. A higher subscription level member may initiate contact with you, but not vice versa.
How many groups can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
Under the FREE plan, you can create 5 groups.
How many events can I join or create on UNIQUEDOC?
Under the FREE plan, you can only join 5 events.
Is there a limit to the number of people that I may communicate with on the audio and video chat?
FREE members may only accept incoming video calls and do not have the functionality to make outgoing calls to other members on UNIQUEDOC.
How much memory is available on my Secure Storage?
FREE members will receive 100MB of storage.
Registration on UNIQUEDOC
Registering with UNIQUEDOC can be done either on the iPhone, iPad app or website. You will be asked to create a 6 digit PIN code and a password of no less than 8 characters. As with any online password, longer than 8 characters (and simple) is better than shorter (and complex). Long and complex is good too, but make sure it’s memorable. We also recommend trying a password manager.

We verify your account via the email address used for registration. Your account will become active once you have verified your email address.
