Gavin Talbot

Head of Business Development

Gavin has over 15 years experience in commercial, partnership, and business development. He is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Oakley Mobile Limited, a B2B/B2C mobile app company. He has sourced opportunities, tendered, presented, and secured mobile app contracts, and subsequently led the delivery of mobile app projects and strategy for brands such as RAC, Hitachi, Carole Nash Insurance, Dubai World Trade Centre, Blink Publishing, and ISG. He tendered and secured a contract for the delivery of an augmented reality and experiential project on behalf of the United Arab Emirates. He led the integration into the UAE New Business Pavilion at Milano 2015 World Expo.

He was part of the senior leadership at Proxama Plc. Has extensive experience in the formation and running of successful partnerships and joint ventures, along with the coordination and response to mobile and digital driven tenders in the UK and abroad.

Martin Nigel

Head of Software Development

With over 15 years of leadership and software development experience, specialised in internet technologies, the mother-tongue speaker of PHP uses his technical understanding to implement complicated projects across the UNIQUEDOC spectrum. Hailing from Slovakia, when the multilingual Martin is not diligently coding, he enjoys the nature of the Czech Republic and hiking through Europe with his family.

Warren Carley

Advisor · Commercial and Programme Delivery

Warren brings over 20 years of commercial and programme delivery experience to the UNIQUEDOC team. Warren has directed the successful implementation of high profile, international media and mobile products that include music, video and content services for O2 Telefonica, Vodafone, Three, T-Mobile, Telenor, Vodacom, Telstra and Samsung. Previous roles have seen Warren lead product and service implementations as the Global Operations Director at Musicqubed Limited, VP EMEA at Omnifone Limited and SVP Operations at Mobile Streams Limited. Warren is also a founding member of Vodafone Corporate’s data solutions team, and has sat as co-chairman of the Oracle UK User Groups mobile internet forum.
